It is the islands mild climate and rich flora that make Mali Losinj known as one of the most fragrant islands in Croatia, its air scented with lavender, sage and rosemary. The seafront of old town Mali Losinj is lined with a string of imposing 19th century houses and villas. The area offers many opportunities for active vacation like walking, biking and hiking around the surroundings century old pine forest and sea promenades. The sea around Mali Losinj is home to some of the largest group of dolphins in the Adriatic.
