Srdjan Kristic Wins Manager of The Year Award

Adriatic DMC managing director, Srdjan Kristic was awarded manager of the year in the small-size business category by the Croatian Managers' & Entrepreneurs' Association (CROMA) at a ceremony held at The Westin in Zagreb on Friday 29 November.

Kristic received his prize from association president Vladimir Ferdelji and manager Esad Colakovic. Speaking of the prize, Kristic said: “It's an honor to be recognized by CROMA with this award. I wouldn't however, be able to receive this prize without the support of the team at Adriatic DMC and its commitment to our company values, as well as that of my wonderful family. Managing this team of individuals and growing the company from the ground up to a staff of 17 has been challenging and rewarding in equal measure but without a doubt, also the highlight of my career in tourism so far.“

The annual award ceremony is sponsored by Croatian President, Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic and co-organized by the City of Zagreb and Medjimurje County. Prizes are awarded across ten categories at the end of each calendar year to business professionals and entrepreneurs deemed to be excellent in their fields as judged by a panel of industry experts.
