The former sea captain's town of Perast once fell under the Venetian Republic and dates back to the 15th century. Its charming white stone villas and palaces dazzle in the summer sun and the Heritage Grand Perast is one of the town's architectural masterpieces. Perast is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and after a short walk along the seafront, it becomes clear why. The hotel's combination of deluxe and superior rooms and suites offers guests light and chic accommodation with all the modern facilities you'd expect. Lazure Boutique Hotel is housed in the 18th-century quarantine buildings of Herceg Novi. The stunning stone building offers 24 modern rustic-style guest suites with sea, garden, or courtyard views. Two restaurants and three bars (wine, lounge, and beach) give guests plenty of options to enjoy brilliant Montenegrin wines and modern Mediterranean dishes prepared using local produce. Scheduled to open in 2024, The Ritz-Carlton, Montenegro will be located on the Lustica peninsula. A short 30-minute drive from Tivat International Airport and two hours from Dubrovnik, the hotel and residences will have panoramic views over the crystal clear the Adriatic Sea. The Rit-Carlton will boast 120 rooms, two restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, a salt-water Lido pool, beach bar, and world-class spa and fitness facilities. Guests will also be able to take advantage of Ritz Kids and Teen clubs. Expansive outdoor spaces are also planned, to provide picturesque settings for events with unobstructed views of the surrounding nature.
